Gabapentin
Trade Names:Neurontin, Gabarone
Information: Neurontin is administered with no regard to food intake. If a dosage decrease, change to another preparation or complete discontinuation of the treatment is necessary the dose of Neurontin should be decreased gradually over a period of a week in order to avoid possible withdrawal effects. Neurontin may be used with other anticonvulsants during therapy. In patients with renal insufficiency the dosage of the preparation should be decreased.
Ganciclovir
Trade Names:Cytovene, Cymevene, Vitrasert
Information: The preparation must not be injected rapidly or by stream infusion. Increased concentrations of the drug in the plasma may increase the preparations toxicity. Intramuscular or subcutaneous injections of the drug may cause severe irritation due to high pH (near 11) of the ganciclovir solution. During treatment the dosage as well as the speed of infusion must not be exceeded the recommended values. The preparation should be used with caution and in decreased dosages in patients with renal failure. Extreme caution should be exerted when using ganciclovir in patients with haematopoietic system disorders. The preparation has not been studied in children younger then 12 years old. In treatment of elderly patients ganciclovir should be given under strict monitoring.

Gemfibrozil
Trade Names:Lopid
Information: Gemfibrozil should be used in combination with lifestyle changes such as weight loss, exercise, limited alcohol use, and a healthy diet low in cholesterol and saturated fats. Gemfibrozil tablets should be taken with a full glass of water 30 minutes before meal in the morning or in the evening. You should take the medication at the same time each according to the scheme of therapy. The dose for patients with kidney dysfunction should be adjusted in dependence of creatinine clearance index.
Gemifloxacin

Information: The medication is used against infection caused by sensitive to gemifloxacin microorganisms. Take the medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take the drug on your own initiative without medical approval. Tablets should be taken with sufficient amount of water swallowing whole without chewing. The dose of the medication in patients with severe liver failure should not exceed 160mg daily.

Information: The preparation should not be applied to large surfaces. The drug should not be used during pregnancy or lactation period.

Information: The tablets are taken after meals, resolve under the tongue without maceration. Avoid eating or drinking anything within an hour or two after the use of the preparation.

Information: The preparation should be used with caution in patients with liver disorders. IF after 7 days of treatment with guaifenesin the symptoms do not improve the patient should consult his health care provider on the possible discontinuation of the therapy.
Gunfacine

Information: The medication comes in the form of tablets which are taken orally usually at bedtime. Gunfacine tablets should be taken whole with sufficient amount of water. Do not chew, crash and split the tablets until it's advised by your doctor. Try to take the medication at the same time each day to maintain the constant level of the medication in your blood.
